Service Quality Feedback and Warranty Service Requests

Paul Davis Restoration wants our customers to believe in our commitment to their satisfaction.  We know that not everything goes as planned and that sometimes human effort falls short of its aspirations.  If we are currently working on your project and you have an issue with the quality of the work you would like to have addressed, or if we recently completed work on your project and there is work that was not completed to your satisfaction, we invite you to request a follow-up by a senior member of the management staff.

Service Request Form (Link at Upper Left)
The purpose of the Service Request Form is to process complaints and warranty claims efficiently, including requests for rework or repairs due to contractor liability.  By using this electronic form you are assured that there is a record of your request and we have the information necessary to follow-up on your request.  You may also use it to bring to the attention of management any concerns you have with the quality of the service or any interaction with Paul Davis Restoration employees or subcontractors.

Warranty Language
To assist your warranty service request we are reproducing the language from our different  warranty agreements pertinent to service claims.  We will fairly consider all requests, including those that fall outside a strict interpretation of the warranty provisions.

Right to Cure:  Wisconsin's Framework for Successful Communications Between Consumers and Contractors
The State of Wisconsin has laws describing the rights and duties of consumers and contractors in disputes over the quality of construction.  In essence, the State Law provides that a contractor (or subcontractor) must be given an opportunity to correct their work before they can be expected to pay to have another contractor complete or correct their work.  It also describes a process and timeline of written notice and response that must be followed before a contractor can claim protection under this act or a consumer can file a lawsuit against a contractor.
